Once you place an order and payment is successfully processed you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
Our products are custom made and production will start the same day and will be shipped within a week. If product is already in stock it will be shipped within 3 business days.

Contact us directly by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try find a solution for you but please note that if product has been already in production we might not be able to change it to a different product.
But we do look in each request individually so don't hesitate to send us an email - the sooner you contact us, the bigger chance we will be able to help you out.
Important: All claims for goods arriving damaged must be made within 7 days of the delivery date!
If you have received damaged or faulty item please contact us by sending an email to email@example.com and including following information:
· Order number
· Specification of which item is damaged
· Description of the issue
· Photo or video evidence of the damage
You should not send us any items back unless directed by our support representatives.
Unless proof of damage has been verified by our support team, we cannot process a refund or replacement. But if we have received required information and damage is verified, it will be resolved quickly.
When checking out you can subscribe to receive order updates by entering your email or phone number.
It is possible to track your order by using app provided by Shopify. See more information here.

Currently all orders are shipped from Latvia which is a part of European Union. We can ship to almost all countries worldwide.
Note that if ordering outside of European Union you might be a subject to additional import and customs fees upon delivery.
We recommend you to contact your local customs office to learn more about customs and import fees in your country before placing an order.
Returns & Refunds
All products purchased can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us to receive a return label for your order. Please note that all items must be in new condition with no sign of wear and tear to be eligible for a return. In case the returned item has not passed quality inspection it will be shipped back to you as it was received. We do not offer free returns for orders outside of European Union. Contact us to receive more information on how to proceed with a return if you are located outside European Union.
Please do not return any damaged products unless advices by our support team.

European Union returns:
If you have sent a return to us from an address within European Union please allow 5-7 business days for it to be received and processed by our returns department. You will be notified via email once your return has been received.
Returns outside European Union:
Depending on the shipping method and your address your return may take up to 10-21 business days to be received and processed by our returns department. You will be notified via email once your return has been received.

Main material in our products is wood. Of course, there might be other materials used depending on product, for example, straps on gymnastic rings or resistance bands.
Wood is processed so it is more resistant to water and more durable. But we don't recommend leaving any of our products outside in rain or humidity.
Our products are well tested and can hold that is more than enough but we don't recommend to force it to maximum.
Sir. Parallette and Jr. Parallette can hold up to 200kg split on both parallettes.
Mrs. Ring can hold up to 200kg split on both parallettes.
Mr. Balance Blade can hold up to 150kg.
Shipping cost is calculated at the checkout and depends on ordered products and destination address.
Within Baltics products will be shipped with Omniva or DPD carrier.
Within European Union products will be shipped with DPD or DHL carrier.
Orders going to other places than mentioned above will be shipped with DHL, FedEx or local postal office.
But please not that this information may change without notifications and we will look for the best carrier before shipping out any order.
